Internet Connection
Frame requires a broadband wired or wireless connection. Minimum bandwidth is 5 MBPS (up/down) and recommended is 10 MBPS (up/down). The more people in your Frame, the better connectivity is required for a smooth experience.
Operating System
- On Mac, iPhone, or iPad use anything after OSX or iOS 15
- On Android, use Android 10 or later
- On PC, use Windows 7 or above
